Came here with my wife and little dog. This place is awesome, You can totally chill out and just relax. Covered carport, super clean, great patio, everything works, and massive beautiful oak trees to greet you (we just gazed at them, big trees are therapy). Hosts are on the property, whatever you need.
Our dog loved it (she's tiny). I saw one coyote in the morning, it had zero interest in us or the dog, don't worry too much, just be smart and respectful.

Great place and I highly recommend. Place is clean, modern, nice and just as described and viewed on the app. Very close to the mammoth restaurants and grocery stores. Roughly 2 and 4 miles , respectively, from canyon and main lodge parking areas. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Awesome spot to decompress and enjoy the Ojai valley. Great room proportions, super modern and clean, and a great outdoor space to hang out in. The host was friendly, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. One quibble that others have noted is that the road below the property can get noisy during the day when large vehicles drive by -but once work hours are over it’s quiet and peaceful. We’ll definitely stay here again.

What a great spot! Close enough to town to get to all the Ojai spots without needing to think much about it and just set back enough to give you that relaxing zone to come back to and enjoy and the end of the day.
Perfectly sized, with all the amenities you could imagine and more. We loved the mornings on the private terrace and in especially appreciated the hot tub and sauna to relax at sunset after a long day of exploring the area.
You won’t regret booking this one!

Tim’s Airbnb was perfect for me and my wife’s weekend getaway. The bed was comfy, the a/c worked great during this hot weekend, and the outdoor space was well thought out. Also, being able to charge our EV at the carport was very convenient and much appreciated.
Tim is a very proactive host, and he sent me all the info I needed prior to checking in. I’m glad he gave us a tip about driving in using a different route for the view, it was well worth it. We didn’t ever need to ask him for anything during our stay, but I’m sure we would’ve gotten a response quickly if we did. And the check out process was also pretty simple.
We’ll definitely visit Ojai again, and we hope to stay at Tim’s Airbnb when we do.

I’ve been to mammoth many times on my life; this place was in a perfect location. Just off of old mammoth road with plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Five minute drive to eagle lodge, fifteen minutes to main lodge. Wood pellet fire stove worked great, and the hot tub was nice and hot! Beautifully decorated inside and the kitchen was large and modern. Didn’t feel like a rental; it was very homey. Would definitely stay here again; one of the best Air bnb experiences I’ve ever had.
