The condo was in a good location for town, easy to walk there. It was quiet second story unit with the outside steps to get in. The place was clean, modern and comfortable for our 5 night stay. Dealing with Timothy was very easy.

We would stay at the Meiner's Daughter again in a heartbeat! It is a beautiful space inside and outside. It was so peaceful enjoying the patio, hammock, fire, and hot tub, and we also loved the games and books inside the space. Everything was clean and as described. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay here. The hosts are very respectful of your privacy and all of the amenities worked perfectly. There are clear instructions for everything that made it all very convenient! Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and quiet condo in Mammoth! Kitchen was beautifully updated and had an induction stove. Master bed was perfect and had linen sheets which made for great sleeping. Hot right across the way and used the pellet stove every night. Host was super proactive about communicating, I would definitely book again!

This place really checked all the boxes for us! The beds were super comfy, everything was spotless, and having AC when needed was a big plus. We loved the Apple TV with all the apps ready to go, and the internet speed was excellent for streaming and working. It felt like home and made our stay in Mammoth easy and enjoyable. We’d definitely love to come back!

Smooth communication made for easy check in, checkout. All appliances were newer and worked well. Comfortable and clean. Location is close to grocery store and some nice restaurants. Stayed 6 nights in Sept - hiked, fished, cycled and enjoyed local restaurants. Great location. Easy access to Mammoth Mountain, various Lakes, including Convict Lake, June Lakes and Rock Creek. Enjoy your stay. Beautiful!

Timothy’s place was great ! Easy to find, and location was great for walking into town. The place itself was perfect and had everything needed. As clean freaks ourselves, we very much appreciated the no shoes inside !!

Had a fantastic stay. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, but still peaceful and quiet at night.
Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy.
I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
